Server Timeout

Fifteen minutes of inactivity with the server causes a'server timeout.
Your session with the server has timed-out.

You need to start over to complete the enrollment process. This time proceed through the process without delay. Every time you interact with the server (as described below) the timer is reset providing another fifteen minutes before server timeou' will occur.

Server timeouts occur when the server has not received input from your machine within the required timeframe. Activity is only seen by the server when it receives input from your system as a result of your clicking on a submission button. Generally clicking on a submission button will generate some output from the server back to your system such as: a new screen, an information or error message message, or completion of a task.
